As Charlottesville Area Community Foundation
(CACF) grew in size, so did its responsibilities.
Still, there were many in the Charlottesville
community who were not aware of CACF's
scope of involvement in the area. CACF
called upon Payne, Ross to do a film
that focused on individuals in the community
and their particular passions. The underlying
message was CACF makes dreams happen
- your dreams. The new film served as
a catalyst for old and new donors to
find a project they cared deeply about
- and make it happen.
