Brand loyalty for a parking garage?

The Charlottesville Parking Center (CPC) manages three garages in the Downtown business and shopping district. This is where thousands of people start or end their downtown experience, so it was important to them to be more than just a place to park. CPC wanted an identity for their parking centers—a state of mind—that could be extended to branded items for its patrons (water bottles, umbrellas, etc.) PRA created an award-winning identity for CPC along with improved signage, a user-friendly website, and promotional items for its patrons that made parking more than just a stop but a place to start…especially on rainy days.
