Virginia National Bank
Virginia National Bank is a regional bank that supports its community and provides all the services of a bigger bank while remaining local. It was our job to highlight the advantages of a more local approach. Simply put, local is the next big thing.
Payne, Ross recommended a new website that was approachable and less corporate. This dovetailed with radio spots on local business talk radio and a print campaign that speaks to the entrepreneurial spirit and emphasizes what’s possible by juxtaposing a small child, a small business and a small SPCA puppy against a large layout confidently proclaiming “I’m Big”.
VNB was the fastest growing bank in Charlottesville in 2009. Today, they have opened a new Pantops location. All the while focusing on the local community around them and yes, enjoying the word of mouth of the popular campaign “I’m Big”.
