Timberneck Farm
Timberneck Farm is located on the York River, not far from historic Yorktown and Williamsburg. It is the vision of Lloyd Noland and Ben Williams, native residents of the Tidewater region. Their vision was to develop the 1,100 lush, verdant acres while simultaneously preserving and managing an active, no-till farmland. Payne, Ross, and Associates wanted to define and communicate a unique property to a very niche market.
Create awareness for a new offering "off the beaten path" - Target a select demographic with not only the means to share in the Timberland landscape development, but the interest in land value and conservation as well.
A unique field guide with GPS coordinates and lush images was developed to become an invaluable and save-worthy piece. It was given to invited guests and the product of a targeted direct mail piece. The guide was employed to exhibit a one of a kind offering, as well as targeted internet and print media and a soft-opening.Timberneck developed a reputation as an uncommon property and a place worthy of the trip to visit. Today it is breaking ground (carefully) on schedule.
